PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to cut keys with a 5 digit number or ones that are prefixed with ‘VX’ followed by a 5 digit number.
IF THE KEY CODE DOES NOT START WITH ‘VX’ – Please Contact us as we may still be able to help!
Any orders placed through our websites for keys that don’t start with ‘VX’ will be cancelled and refund minus a 10% (or £1 minimum, whichever is greater) admin charge
We are not able to cut keys to code where the code starts with V10
Please ensure that the code you are providing is correct as an incorrect code will mean that the keys we cut will not work in your lock.
No refunds will be able to be issued for keys that do not work where the incorrect code has been provided.
